If the cancelation happens due to us not being able to fulfill some of your orders, then we will inform you first, and we will give compensation.

2. We will send this Preorder(s) prior to the release date, which is 25th April 2025.
We are expecting our stock to come in 2 waves which we will prioritize to fulfill preorders based on order number.
The stock will come estimated between 18th April 2025 - 25th April 2025.
However, if you see your preorder hasn't been shipped yet, it means we are still waiting for the rest of the stock to arrive within the expected timeframe.

3. In case a delay occurs by the distributor, then we will inform you.
Please note that if delay occurs it is out of our control. We always strive to send preorder(s) by the release date.
