Shipping, Returns and Refund
Shipping:
We will try to ship it as same day.
If you order on Friday, expect it will be ship on Monday.
When you place order and if your order has a PREORDER item, then we will ship once all items in stock together. (Please refer to our PREORDER POLICY)
We ship Worldwide and Please note for Overseas Buyer, that Import Tax duty is customer responsibility with their respected country.
In case customer did not pay their import tax duty then the package will go back to us, and we will only be able to refund 90% of the item(s) value due to 10% fees we need to pay to merchant and handling fees.
We will not refund postage at this point.
Additionally, we will issue refund once the package returned back to us.
Return & return Policy:
- We do not accept returns for Singles cards purchased.
- We accept return for TCG sealed product and if the return is a result of error (wrong item or defective), then we will pay for your return.
Note: This is not applied to console and electronics that has been opened and played. This is considered used by the customer and we do not accept return! - We do not cover return label for change of mind / return.
- 10% processing fees will apply to returned and cancelled order.
- We will process your refund once item received and no issue with the item.
- Refund might take 3-5 business days to show into your institutions.
- Kindly please keep your return receipt/tracking number just in case needed.
