Pre-orders
1. Summary
We are pleased to announce that we are now making available Pre-Orders for some of our online Items.
Typically, these are items that are either
- New Orders incoming for recently sold-out stock
- New Series, Products or Expansion's
In detail a Pre-order is for an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your requirement.
Pre-Orders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may sell out of an item, therefore pre-ordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that item and allocate it to yourself
Pre-orders has been made available to shoppers to ensure that their requirements are allocated as soon as the stock is made available.
For all Pre-orders a full payment (100%) is required to ensure that your requirements are securely allocated to you. As soon as the item(s) arrive they will be shipped immediately without any further requirements from yourself.
At all stages you will be notified on ETA, status and delivery to ensure your piece of mind.

3. PREORDER ETA'S
With increasing pressure on Supply published release dates are not always adhered to by the OEM / Vendor or Distributors.
Therefore, all ETA's that we publish are provided as an estimate ONLY! This is due to delays that can occur which are not in the control of Omni Collectables. This includes manufacture issues, shipping delays, supplier shortages or wave / split shipments.
In the event of a delay, we will endeavour to update the listing to reflect the new date and also communicate with the customers affected.
Omni Collectables will always ensure a solution / update is offered to any affected order.
As soon as any product is received at Omni Collectables, we will ensure immediate order preparation and dispatch!
4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If your order includes in-stock item(s) with a pre-order item(s), all items will be shipped ONCE the last pre-order item(s) is released. This also applies to multiple pre-order items with multiple release dates.
If you wish for separate shipments, we recommend ordering pre-order items separately, so they don’t hold up delivery of another in-stock item(s).
5. Order Cancellation & change of mind
'Change of Mind' cancellations can only be processed up to 1 week before the release / shipping date.
Please note that a 10% handling fee will apply, due to the associated fees charged by the companies to us in these circumstances.
6. Return and refund
- We do not accept returns for Singles cards purchased.
- We accept return for TCG sealed product and if the return is a result of error (wrong item or defective), then we will pay for your return.
Note: This is not applied to console and electronics that has been opened and played. This is considered used by the customer and we do not accept return! - We do not cover return label for change of mind / return.
- 10% processing fees will apply to returned and cancelled order (Point 5)
- We will process your refund once item received and no issue with the item.
- Refund might take 3-5 business days to show into your institutions.
- Kindly please keep your return receipt/tracking number just in case needed.
6. Agreement
By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Preorder Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
