1. If cancellation happen due to us not able to fulfill some of your order, then we will inform you first, and refund will be issued accordingly.

2. We will send this Preorder(s) prior to pre-release date which is 28th August 2026. We expect the stock to come before the 28th.
Pre-order might ship from 28th August onwards.

3. In case delay occurred from distributor, then we will inform you.

4. If your order contain with some in stock item(s) means we won’t ship it until all item(s) available.
